# General terms and conditions — draft

Draft dated 13 September 2026. Business and Swiss legal review required before use. Fees and deadlines must be supplied in each offer.

## 1. Scope and contracting party

These terms apply to chauffeur journeys arranged by Glatt Limo Service, Uzuner, Schaffhauserstrasse 95a, 8152 Glattbrugg, Switzerland (UID CHE-350.306.508). Individually agreed written terms take precedence. These terms apply only when supplied before the contract is concluded and accepted as part of it.

## 2. Enquiries and contract formation

A website enquiry and its automatic acknowledgement are not a booking. We check availability and send a written offer specifying the journey, price and applicable conditions. A contract is concluded when the customer accepts that offer within its stated validity period. Changes require agreement by both parties in text form, for example by email.

## 3. Journey details and passenger needs

Please provide accurate pickup and destination addresses, local dates and times, flight details, passenger numbers and luggage. Tell us before booking about child seats, mobility needs, pets or oversized luggage so that suitability can be confirmed. Passenger and luggage limits must be respected. For cross-border travel, passengers are responsible for valid travel documents and entry requirements.

## 4. Prices and payment

The written offer states the currency, total price including applicable taxes, included services, payment method and due date. Any deposit is agreed before booking. Parking, tolls, waiting time, additional stops and other extras are charged only on the basis disclosed and agreed before booking or before the additional service is authorised. These terms impose no separate flat-rate reminder or collection fee.

## 5. Waiting time, flights and delays

The offer specifies the meeting point, included waiting allowance, when waiting time begins and the rate for extra waiting. Inform us promptly of flight or itinerary changes. If guests cannot find their chauffeur, they should call +41 44 554 75 66. Before treating a pickup as a no-show, we make reasonable attempts to contact the customer and observe the agreed waiting period. No automatic no-show charge is created by these terms.

## 6. Changes and cancellations

Send changes or cancellations promptly to info@glatt-limo.ch; for urgent changes, also call us. Any cancellation deadlines and charges must be expressly stated in the offer and accepted before booking. If no cancellation schedule was agreed, the applicable statutory rules govern; these terms do not introduce a fixed percentage charge. Mandatory termination rights remain unaffected. Any legally recoverable compensation must account for saved expenses and replacement bookings; no double recovery is permitted.

## 7. Vehicles and substitute services

The offer confirms the vehicle category, capacity and any specifically promised equipment. Website images include visualisations and do not replace that description. If the agreed vehicle becomes unavailable, we inform the customer and propose a suitable equivalent without an additional charge. Material changes require the customer’s agreement. If no acceptable alternative is available and we cannot provide the agreed service, payments for the unprovided service are refunded; statutory rights remain unaffected.

## 8. Safety and care

Seat belts and legally required child restraints must be used. Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions and treat the vehicle with care. Smoking is not permitted. The chauffeur may refuse or stop a journey where there is a concrete safety risk or unlawful conduct, taking reasonable care of passenger safety. Proven damage or exceptional cleaning caused by a passenger may be claimed only to the extent legally justified and documented; ordinary wear is excluded.

## 9. Disruptions and liability

We plan journeys with reasonable care and inform customers of known material disruptions. Traffic, weather and border checks can affect travel times; this is not a general exclusion of liability. Liability is governed by applicable law. Liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and other mandatory liabilities is not excluded or limited. If an unavoidable event prevents performance, we discuss alternatives promptly and refund prepaid amounts for services not provided, subject to applicable law.

## 10. Feedback, lost property and privacy

Please report problems as soon as practical so we can try to resolve them. This request does not shorten statutory claim periods. Contact us about lost property; any shipping cost is agreed beforehand. Personal data is handled as described in our separate privacy notice. Acceptance of these terms is not consent to advertising.

## 11. Applicable law and version

Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections that apply to the customer. Jurisdiction is determined by the applicable statutory rules; mandatory consumer venues are preserved. The version supplied and agreed when the contract was concluded applies to that booking. Later changes do not alter existing contracts without agreement.
